How do you measure goals on Google Analytics? Dave has the answer!
How you measure goals is through a monetary value. You assign a dollar amount. This dollar amount can be arbitrary or it can be actual money received. Goals is a great way to judge where the traffic is coming from, but to find out how much money you have made you will need to set a monetary value to that goal. If you have an ecommerce site, you want to set monetary values using your ecommerce site. After that, you can set up goal funnels. These would be part of the non-monetary goals. For example, how many times did you get a website click for that particular day or month. You may even want to know if they have gone all the way to the checkout, but left before checking out. There are many different funnel options. For more help with Google Analytics and goals give Dave a call today!
